Job summary

Greensafe International Pte Ltd is seeking a Workplace Safety health Coordinator focused on construction safety to ensure compliance with the WSH Act and EHS systems on site. The role includes daily safety inspections, risk assessments, and hosting both internal and external audits.

The successful candidate will hold WSQ WSH advanced and WAH assessor certificates, plus risk management training, with at least two years of construction experience and the ability to work independently within a team.

Qualifications

• WSQ advanced certificate in WSH with valid Refresher certificate.
• WAH assessor certificate.
• Risk management course.
• A team player with and ability to work independently.
• Minimum 2years' experience in construction.

Responsibilities

• Carry out duties as specified by WSH Act.
• Assist in the implementation of the EHS management system
• Ensure all site activities are carried out in compliance with applicable legal requirements.
• Carry out daily WSH inspections including machinery, equipment, plant, and installation.
• Identify WSH hazards and implement control measures.
• Preparation of monthly WSH reports Risk Assessments, Safe Work Procedures and Permit to works submission in accordance with Main Contractor requirements.
• Ensure workers and sub-contractors comply with EHS Management System & applicable legal requirements.
• Maintain and monitor EHS records/ checklists.
• Participate and facilitate Internal/External audits.
• Investigate and report WSH all incidents & near misses.
• Conduct WSH and other related training.
• Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Project Manager and Management.
