Job summary

Optum, part of UnitedHealth Group, seeks an I/O Engineering Consultant in the Philippines to lead endpoint engineering in a dual UEM environment using MECM/SCCM, Intune, and Workspace ONE UEM. The role focuses on deployment, patching, and remediation across enterprise endpoints with strong ITSM discipline.

You will participate in major incident bridges, drive MTTR reductions, and pilot AI-enabled automation to improve reliability, speed, and end-user experience while maintaining strict security

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years with Omnissa Workspace ONE UEM (profiles, Smart Groups, app distribution, compliance).
• Proven depth in MECM/SCCM and Microsoft Intune with RBAC.
• Experience in Dual UEM environments and coexistence strategies.
• Strong automation, scripting, and ITSM integration.

Responsibilities

• Deliver platform operations, health, and availability for MECM, Intune, and Workspace ONE UEM.
• Manage deployments, policy configurations, and client health monitoring.
• Support OS deployment, patching, and remediation in enterprise environments.
• Lead incident bridges/war rooms with concise technical updates.
• Develop repeatable runbooks, automation scripts, and AI-driven improvements.
• Ensure security, privacy, and data handling compliance across endpoints.
