Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Engineering, or related field is required.
• 2–3 years of experience in safety training or occupational health and safety is required.
• BOSH/OSH training or relevant safety certification is an advantage.
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Knowledge of workplace safety standards and regulations is required.
• Confident in conducting training and facilitating safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct safety orientations, training, and refresher courses for employees.
• Develop training materials, presentations, and safety modules.
• Educate employees on workplace safety procedures, PPE, emergency response, and hazard prevention.
• Monitor employee compliance with safety policies and procedures.
• Assist in identifying workplace hazards and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate training records and prepare safety training reports.
• Coordinate with the Safety and Operations teams on safety initiatives.
• Conduct safety drills and emergency preparedness activities.
• Stay updated on applicable occupational health and safety regulations.
