Job summary

Business Process Outsourcing International, Inc. in Laguna seeks a Safety Training Specialist to lead employee safety orientations, trainings, and refresher courses.

You will develop engaging training materials, deliver presentations, and implement safety modules across sites to promote a safe, compliant work environment. A bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety or related field and 2–3 years of safety training experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Engineering, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in safety training or occupational health and safety.
• BOSH/OSH training or relevant safety certification is an advantage.
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of workplace safety standards and regulations.
• Confident in conducting training and facilitating safety programs.
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Conduct safety orientations, training, and refresher courses for employees.
• Develop training materials, presentations, and safety modules.
• Educate employees on workplace safety procedures, PPE, emergency response, and hazard prevention.
• Monitor employee compliance with safety policies and procedures.
• Assist in identifying workplace hazards and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate training records and prepare safety training reports.
• Coordinate with the Safety and Operations teams on safety initiatives.
• Conduct safety drills and emergency preparedness activities.
• Stay updated on applicable occupational health and safety regulations.
