Job summary

Business Process Outsourcing International, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Safety Training Specialist to lead safety orientations, training sessions, and drills for employees.

You will develop materials, deliver sessions, and monitor compliance with safety policies to maintain a safe working environment. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety or related field, 2–3 years of safety training experience, and strong presentation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Engineering, or related field.
• 2–3 years of safety training or occupational health and safety experience.
• BOSH/OSH training or relevant safety certification is an advantage.
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of workplace safety standards and regulations.
• Confident in conducting training and facilitating safety programs.
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities
