Job summary

Business Process Outsourcing International, Inc. is seeking a Safety Training Specialist to educate employees in Cavite about workplace safety, PPE use, emergency procedures, and hazard prevention. You will develop materials, conduct drills, and monitor compliance.

Qualifications

BOSH/OSH training or relevant safety certification is an advantage.

Knowledge of workplace safety standards and regulations.
Confident in conducting training and facilitating safety programs.
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

Conduct safety orientations, training, and refresher courses for employees.
Develop training materials, presentations, and safety modules.
Educate employees on workplace safety procedures, PPE, emergency response, and hazard prevention.
Monitor employee compliance with safety policies and procedures.
Assist in identifying workplace hazards and recommend corrective actions.
Maintain accurate training records and prepare safety training reports.
Coordinate with the Safety and Operations teams on safety initiatives.
Conduct safety drills and emergency preparedness activities.
Stay updated on applicable occupational health and safety regulations.
