Job summary

Sodexo On- Site Services Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Workplace Manager to serve as the main liaison between clients, business units and service delivery teams.

The role focuses on workplace planning, space management, client relations, and ensuring a high level of customer service and operational excellence. The position requires a background in a 5-star hotel environment or similar; supervisory experience and strong MS Office skills are essential to manage tickets, reporting and events

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional training.
• Minimum 5 years in a 5-star hotel environment, preferably with 3 years in Front Office or Customer Service.
• At least 2 years in a similar supervisory/management role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary liaison between client, business units and service delivery teams.
• Oversee workplace planning, space management and client relationships.
• Monitor service delivery and ticket governance within SLA requirements.
• Coordinate facilities, meetings, events and vendor services.
• Manage fleet, security, compliance and emergency procedures.
• Support wellness initiatives and hospitality-focused customer service culture.
• Lead workplace training and promote a positive workplace experience.
