About the role

We are seeking a Workforce Analyst to oversee resource utilization and productivity metrics within the assigned department. This role involves managing and analyzing data from the workforce management platform, WebWork, including monitoring activities, assessing performance, and preparing reports. The position reports to key stakeholders, including the Department Director, IT Infrastructure Department, and Human Resources.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct real-time oversight of work hours, attendance, and compliance with timekeeping policies and monitor platform activity flags within the department to ensure operational integrity
• Analyze WebWork metrics to identify activity patterns, categorize app and website usage, and detect non-work-related tasks
• Configure screenshot outputs to identify operational bottlenecks, fraudulent activities, and software utilization trends
• Create and distribute workforce reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, or as needed
• Translate raw WebWork data and AI insights into executive-ready dashboards highlighting utilization rates, project time sinks, and overall operational efficiency
• Use WebWork anomaly detection and activity alerts to proactively identify signs of overwork, operational fatigue, or workload imbalance
• Reconcile automated WebWork timesheets with shift schedules and project data to ensure accurate invoicing and payroll processing
• Manage role-based platform access and enforce employee monitoring protocols in strict accordance with company privacy policies and regional data protection standards
• Perform other related duties as assigned

About you

• Bachelor's degree holder
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong data interpretation skills, with the ability to detect subtle patterns in employee activity metrics
• Excellent communication skills to clearly present data insights to non-technical business leaders, while maintaining strict confidentiality and discretion regarding sensitive employee activity information
• Detail-oriented, with a strong focus on dashboards and reporting
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Experience or familiarity with the roles of Workforce Analyst, Data Analyst, or Operations Analyst is preferred but not required
• Experience or familiarity with using WebWork Time Tracker or similar user activity and time-tracking systems is a plus but not mandatory
