Job summary

Mercer, part of Marsh McLennan, is seeking a motivated intern to join our Workforce & Rewards team in the Philippines. This hybrid role requires at least three days in the office weekly and offers exposure to client projects, surveys, and sales support.

You will analyze client data under supervision, support research and deliverables, coordinate tasks to keep projects on time and budget, and develop presentation skills while learning across consulting areas.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in business, human resources, economics, psychology, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and research skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze qualitative and quantitative client data under the guidance of a project manager.
• Conduct research-based activities to support client projects and business development efforts.
• Prepare high-quality client deliverables that communicate key insights effectively.
• Support project managers with coordination activities to help projects run to time and budget.
• Assist peers with work and brainstorming, including projects outside your direct responsibilities.
• Contribute ideas in team discussions and seek opportunities to continuously upskill.
