Job summary

Dexian Asia Pacific seeks a seasoned project manager to discuss and refine client requirements and update the solution design documentation. You will manage change orders to the signed SOW with a business-first approach.

You must be proficient with cloud environments and database configurations, and you should demonstrate strong leadership, analytical thinking, and excellent communication to coordinate teams across US and UK.

Qualifications

• Must discuss and understand client requirements and amend design documents.
• Exposure to cloud environments and database configurations.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and planning.
• Certified knowledge of project implementation methodologies.
• Experience handling customers in US and UK.

• Discussing and understanding the client’s requirements and making amends to the existing Solution design document.
• Business oriented thinking in making any project change orders to the existing signed statement of Work.
• Should be well versed with Workforce & Time & Attendance software functionality. [PT101 certification preferred]
• Exposure to cloud environments build and database configurations.
• Thorough understanding of project management principles and planning.
• Self-driven and ownership to track/complete project tasks on timely manner.
• Proficient with, or able to quickly become proficient with, a range of general and specialized applications, software, and hardware used in the organization and the industry.
• Ability to motivate groups of people to complete a project in a timely manner.
• Should have handled customers across US and UK.
