Job summary

Google Operations Center in the Philippines is seeking a WorkFlow Management Team Lead to lead day-to-day operations in MCM Auction Implementation and Account Access teams for Google Ads. You will ensure KPI delivery, timely escalation of risks, and governance across sites to align reporting and performance metrics.

The role requires 7+ years in workflow management with people leadership, strong PM capabilities, and deep analytical skills using Google Sheets and Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in workflow management with 3+ years in personnel management in digital marketing (Google Ads).
• PM skills: initiate to closure across project phases.
• Excellent communication and data-driven insights using Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Coaching sessions aligned with Performance Management Process of GOC.
• Ensure timely delivery of client and site business reporting deliverables with high accuracy and insights.
• Manages workload-balancing between associates while client requests and escalations are attended and resolved to SLAs.
• Ensure main KPIs (GOC and Google-led OKRs) are met with timely escalation of roadblocks.
• Ensure governance and coordination between sites for reporting alignment.
