Job summary

Google Operations Center in the Philippines is seeking a Digital Media Senior Associate to deliver support for Google Ads and Analytics products, from problem management to security and technical support.

You will communicate clearly with customers and account managers, escalate issues as needed, and help maintain high-quality service while meeting performance metrics in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Adwords and Analytics is preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience with strong academics.
• Two to six years of customer support/troubleshooting experience with online advertising/analytics or related hardware support.
• Experience in Adwords (Search, Display, Shopping, Mobile) and Google Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Provides prompt service to Customers and Account Managers with appropriate escalation.
