Job summary

Responsibilities include developing agent workflows, prompts, and integrations; monitoring performance; and ensuring governance, security, and compliance across systems in a remote-friendly environment.

Workflow Optimization Automation & Integration:

• Analyze, develop, document, and enhance business processes and workflows for maximum efficiency.
• Utilize Power Automate for automating business processes and workflows.
• Implement API integrations to streamline and automate workflows.
• Power Automate Workflow Development:
• Design, implement, and manage Power Automate workflows tailored to business needs.
• Create dashboards, databases, and templates to enhance productivity and streamline workflows.
• Continuously improve Power Automate to align with evolving business processes.

AI Agent Development & Integration

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered agents to automate business tasks, decision‑making, and user interactions.
• Utilize Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI, OpenAI, and related platforms to build intelligent conversational and task‑oriented agents.
• Integrate AI agents with Power Automate, APIs, databases, and enterprise applications to streamline end‑to‑end business processes.
• Develop agent workflows, prompts, knowledge sources, and action integrations to ensure accurate and reliable performance.
• Monitor, optimize, and continuously improve AI agent capabilities, user experience, and business outcomes.
• Ensure AI solutions adhere to organizational governance, security, compliance, and responsible AI standards.
• Work with colleagues from broader in the company to understand their needs and translate them into effective systems and workflows.
• Train team members on using Power Automate and other systems effectively and provide ongoing support.
• Apply ISO standards to manage our software, workflow and integrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to workflows or integrations.

Qualifications

Experience & Expertise:

• Proven hands‑on experience designing and managing Power Automate workflows.
• Portfolio of projects showcasing all automations and AI Agent developed with positive results.
• Strong understanding of business processes and workflows.
• Proficiency with Power Automate, CoPilot Studio Agent AI, including complex automations and API integrations.

Education & Knowledge:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Solid knowledge of ISO principles and best practices.

Skills:

• You must be a self starter. Someone who enjoys to sit down in a very small team, manage themselves and get their work done.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills in a remote work environment.

Bonus Qualifications:

• Experience with live database systems and other productivity tools.
• Familiarity with Healthcare, Staffing and Credentialing industries.
