Job summary

Unilever is seeking a People Operations Specialist - Foods (Fixed-Term Contract) in the Philippines, hybrid at BGC Office. You will manage Workday employee data across Hire-to-Retire processes, handle role changes, and support pay/benefits with a focus on data integrity and timely service delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business, strong English, and experience with Workday and ServiceNow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in customer service, employee experience, shared service centers, HR advisory or HR partnering.
• Familiarity with HR processes in multi-country or regional operations.
• Proficiency in Workday and ServiceNow (or SAP or similar).
• Experience supporting data migration, M&A, or mass-change programmes is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage Workday employee data and Hire-to-Retire processes for the designated markets.
• Handle high-volume activities and resolve cases via ServiceNow.
• Coordinate role changes, promotions, and exits in Workday with accuracy.
• Support payroll and benefits data, including enrollment changes across journeys.
• Validate data transfers and ensure governance through tracking defects and sign-off.
