Job summary

Unilever Philippines is seeking a People Operations Specialist - Foods on a fixed-term contract. The role is hybrid at the BGC Office and focuses on Workday employee data management, Hire-to-Retire processes, role changes, and exits across markets.

You will collaborate with in-market partners, manage data accuracy in Workday, and support on EIB uploads, payroll data, and benefits processing to ensure timely and compliant HR operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in customer service, employee experience, shared service centers, HR advisory, HR partnering
• Familiarity with HR processes in multi-country or regional operations
• Proficiency in Workday and ServiceNow (or similar systems like SAP)
• Experience supporting a data migration, mergers & acquisitions, separation or mass-change programme is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Manage Workday employee data across hires, role changes, and exits.
• Coordinate mass data changes and EIB uploads.
• Support pay and benefits data and enrolment/derolment.
• Execute exit activities, including reductions in force and clearances.
• Validate transfers and ensure governance with stakeholders.
