• Proficiency in Workday and ServiceNow (or SAP).
• Experience supporting data migrations or mass-change programmes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage Workday Employee Data Management for hires, moves, promotions and exits.
• Coordinate data accuracy across cost centers, positions and org assignments.
• Process joiner, mover, leaver transactions and mass data changes.
• Support payroll data and benefits enrolment/derolment across journeys.
• Validate transfers and reconcile data; raise defects and track resolutions.
