Unilever in Taguig offers a People Operations Hub Specialist role for a Thai-speaking professional. You will manage employee data in Workday, handle onboarding, role changes, and offboarding, and collaborate with Payroll, Benefits, and HRIT to ensure data integrity and smooth HR processes.

The role requires Thai fluency and strong Workday experience, with hybrid work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, Philippines. Bachelor's degree preferred with regional HR operations exposure.

Qualifications

• Fluent Thai language with business proficiency.
• Intermediate to advanced Workday experience in employee data management, onboarding, moves, and exits.
• Experience with joining/onboarding processes and HR documentation.
• Experience supporting regional or multi-country HR operations is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Execute employee data transactions in Workday accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain employee records, assignments, compensation data, cost centers, and other information.
• Set up Workday profiles and process onboarding transactions.
• Process promotions, transfers, and organizational changes in Workday.
• Support compensation and benefits transactions with Payroll/Benefits/HRIT.
• Handle employee separations and offboarding in Workday.
• Update SOPs and drive process improvements within People Operations.
• Generate Workday reports and support audits and data validation.
