What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of US Payroll experience – required.
• 2+ years of hands-on Workday Payroll experience – required.
• Experience with high-volume, multi-state payroll.
• Strong knowledge of:
• US payroll taxes and compliance
• FICA, Social Security, and Medicare
• Overtime and garnishments
• Payroll reconciliation
• W-2 processing
• Timekeeping/payroll systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Nice to Have

• Healthcare payroll experience.
• Payroll audit and compliance experience.
• CPP certification or equivalent.

Candidates must have strong hands-on Workday Payroll experience and end-to-end US payroll processing experience. You should be able to discuss the Workday payroll processes, reports, validations, and transactions you have personally handled.
