Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading Workday deployments or managing Workday Payroll as an end-user
• Ability to configure Workday Payroll and Security
• Experience building Custom Reports, Dashboards, and Calculated Fields
• Clear verbal and written communication; ability to facilitate workshops and produce user-friendly docs

Responsibilities

• Architect and configure Workday Payroll solutions including security setup and reports
• Drive client success through collaborative sessions and strategic recommendations
• Troubleshoot data, processes, and configuration issues with corrective actions
• Transfer knowledge to client teams via documentation and mentoring
• Collaborate with internal teams on multi-client projects and coach newer members
