Job summary

Kognitiv Inc. is hiring Workday Payroll Consultants and Architects to design, configure, and optimize Workday Payroll across client environments. You will partner with clients in Post-Production and AMS to transform payroll processes and deliver value from their Workday investments.

The role demands 3+ years of Workday deployments, strong configuration skills for Payroll and Security, and the ability to create reports, dashboards, and calculated fields. Travel up to 5% is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading Workday deployments, supporting Post-Production/AMS, or managing Workday Payroll as an end-user.
• Configuring Workday Payroll and Security, and building Custom Reports, Dashboards, and Calculated Fields.
• Strong consulting and communication skills with ability to facilitate workshops and document solutions.
• Able to manage multiple projects with independence.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and analytical mindset.
• Willingness to travel up to 5% per year.

Responsibilities

• Architect & configure Workday Payroll solutions for clients.
• Drive client success with collaborative sessions and recommendations.
• Troubleshoot data, processes, and configuration issues.
• Deliver documentation and transfer knowledge to client teams.
• Collaborate with peers and mentor junior colleagues.
