Job summary

GCash, a fintech solution under Globe Telecom, Inc., is seeking a Workday Integrations Specialist to drive HR data exchanges across environments. You will design, build, test, and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio and related tools.

The role requires 2+ years of hands-on Workday integration experience, strong knowledge of REST/SOAP web services, and a keen eye for data security and process reliability in a fast-paced FinTech environment in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on Workday integration development and administration.
• Familiar with Workday Studio, EIBs, and Core Connectors for data exchange.
• Experience with REST, SOAP, XML, XSLT, and JSON transformations.
• Ability to follow technical checklists during cutovers and tenant migrations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to shape the Workday integration roadmap.
• Perform system health checks, monitor scheduled runs, and ensure data exchange reliability.
• Manage migrations across Sandbox, Implementation, and Production environments.
• Design and maintain integrations, data mappings, and secure file transfers.
• Document procedures and runbooks for IT teams.
