Cognizant’s Workday Practice in Manila is seeking a seasoned Workday Integration Consultant to join our global delivery team. You will partner with business and technical stakeholders to design and implement integrations across regions, leveraging EIBs, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio.

Ideal candidates have 4-7 years of Workday consulting experience, active Workday Integration/Orchestrate Certification, and strong analytical and communication skills to drive successful AMS and implementation

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience as a certified Workday consultant.
• Active Workday Integration/Orchestrate Certification required.
• Experience with EIBs, Core Connectors, DTs, Payroll is preferred.
• Familiarity with Workday Studio and XML/XSLT transformations.

Responsibilities

• Engage with business and IT stakeholders to confirm requirements and drive sign-off.
• Assess impacts of configuration decisions and communicate technical implications.
• Create detailed integration specifications, mappings, and process designs.
• Lead design workshops for AMS and Implementations projects.
• Develop, test, and deploy integrations to meet business needs.
• Educate clients on developing and operating SaaS interfaces.
• Track issues/risks and inform project management of status.
• Review architectures to ensure alignment with client requirements.

About The Team

Cognizant Workday Practice continues to grow its Global Delivery Center in Manila. Join our dedicated team of experienced Workday professionals and be part of our dynamic, fast-paced, HR transformation consulting practice.

About The Role

As a Workday Integration Consultant, you will work with both the business and technical teams by solving complex inter-system problem. Provides support to Implementation projects and Application Managed Services (AMS) enhancements across different region. This role typically reports to a Manager level position within the Delivery organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with key business and IT stakeholders to confirm requirements, consider design alternatives, facilitate discussions, and ultimately drive requirements sign-off
• Evaluate, communicate, and coordinate the technical impacts of application configuration decisions
• Create detailed system interface specifications, field mapping, and system process designs following CS Methodology
• Facilitating design workshops with clients for AMS and Implementations projects.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy integrations required to meet business requirements
• Facilitate knowledge transfer and educate clients on developing and operating interfaces to and from a SaaS platform
• Track issues and risks, communicate status and elevate concerns to project management
• Review solution architectures and components to analyze client requirements for integration processes and ensure adherence to same

Skills And Experience

• 4-7 years’ experience as a certified Workday consultant
• Must have active Workday Integration/Orchestrate Certification
• With Workday Integration Supplemental Certification is an advantage (Studio, CCTPP, Integration Payroll, Integration Benefits, Finance Integrations, Extend etc.)
• Experience in EIBs, Core Connectors, DTs, Payroll
• Familiarity with Workday Studio
• XML and XSLT transformations knowledge
• Experience in Workday Application Support
• Practical experience gained on Workday implementation projects is an advantage
• Utilize solid consulting and presentation skills to clearly communicate ideas and effectively manage customer expectations across engagements.
• Applies a solid analytical mindset, leveraging analytics and reporting tools to generate insights and support decision‑making.
• Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Computer/Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent.
