Job summary

InteLogix is seeking an experienced Workday Administrator with deep hands-on expertise in Workday Financials to join our team. This role will handle day-to-day configuration, administration, and optimization of Workday Financials modules, as well as supporting integrations and reporting needs.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of Workday experience, including at least 2 years focused on Workday Financials (implementation and/or administration), strong accounting knowledge (GL, AP, AR, FP&A), and

Qualifications

• 3+ years Workday experience, including 2+ years in Workday Financials (implementation/administration).
• Hands-on workday configuration and support for core financial modules (GL, AP, AR, FP&A).
• Strong accounting knowledge and ability to bridge Finance and IT.
• Experience with EIBs, calculated fields, security, and reporting in Workday.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with Finance, IT, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Configure and optimize Workday Financials modules and reporting.
• Lead or participate in Workday implementations and post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, Procurement and external vendors.
• Provide training and documentation for end-users and support teams.
• Support audit/compliance by ensuring accurate configurations and controls.
