Job summary

Deloitte Consulting Philippines Delivery Center seeks a Workday Consultant to design, develop, and integrate Workday HR solutions with a focus on data conversion and ETL processes. You will assess client HR needs and deliver end-to-end data migration with precision.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or IT, active Workday Certification, 5+ years in Workday (2+ in Data Conversion), and proficiency in Excel, SQL, and C#.

Qualifications

• Active Workday Certification
• 5+ years of Workday experience with 2+ years in Workday Data Conversion (HCM/FIN)
• Proficient in creating Workday Reports for data validation
• Strong understanding of Workday modules (Core HCM, Payroll, Absence, etc.)
• Knowledge of Advanced Excel, SQL and/or C# is advantageous
• Be open to learning ETL proprietary tool

Responsibilities

• Assess HR needs of clients and design, develop, and integrate Workday HCM software
• Test and troubleshoot implemented software to identify and resolve issues
• Create ETL scripts to transform and load data into Workday
• Own or support end-to-end data migration from legacy systems to Workday
• Support data validation exercises with custom reports and data issue resolution
• Advise on data conversion risks and impacts
