HS Hiring Solutions Inc in Mandaluyong is seeking a Workday Core Integrations IT Project Manager with 1-3 years of experience in IT integrations and HR systems. You will document specifications, code builds, and support testing and deployment across client projects.

You will work with clients and onshore teams, observe security standards, and participate in hybrid work arrangements. Bachelor's degree preferred in IT fields.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in IT integrations and HR systems.
• Knowledge of XML / XSLT and HCM processes.
• Experience with Workday integration and implementation.
• Experience working with clients and onshore teams.

Responsibilities

• Assess integration build estimates.
• Document integration specifications.
• Code build using integration tools, calculated fields and reports.
• Document and execute unit testing.
• Resolve issues during testing.
• Coordinate with other workstreams for integration and configuration dependencies.
• Provide support for Hypercare.
• Adhere to coding standards.
• Observe data security protocols.
