Job summary

Tasq Work seeks a skilled specialist to provide expert support for Compensation and Benefits within Workday, including reporting and integration tasks. The role involves collaborating on DevOps practices, supporting multiple enterprise applications, and ensuring seamless interfaces with SAP and other internal systems.

The candidate should be proficient in Workday modules, experience with ServiceNow HRSD, and comfortable navigating Agile SAFe and Scrum environments.

Qualifications

Knowledgeable in Workday areas such as advanced reports and integration tooling.
Skilled in Workday modules: Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, Absence, Time Tracking.
Experience with ServiceNow HRSD and integrations is a plus.
Familiar with Agile SAFe, Kanban and Scrum methodologies.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Provide subject matter expertise on Compensation and Benefits for Workday modules and integrations.
Support software development lifecycle and deploy/configure business applications.
Collaborate with engineers to integrate vendor software with SAP and other systems.
Update and debug code; implement minor enhancements and performance fixes.
Participate in an integrated DevOps team with strong change management focus.
Offer proactive application support and root-cause analysis for incidents.
