Job summary

Outsourced.ph in Manila is seeking a skilled Workday Adaptive Planning Administrator to own configuration, data integrations, and reporting for FP&A. You will bridge Finance and IT, ensuring accurate planning models and scalable architecture.

As the primary point of contact for updates, access, and reporting, you will optimize performance and enable faster, data-driven decisions. Homebased role with a 6am-3pm PHT schedule and a 20 Mbps internet requirement.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of hands-on Workday Adaptive Planning administration.
• Strong OfficeConnect skills and complex formulas within Adaptive.
• Experience with data integrations via AIP or MuleSoft/Boomi.
• Solid understanding of P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, budgeting and forecasting.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities; ability to translate tech to finance.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, MIS, CS, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Administer Workday Adaptive Planning daily operations and configurations.
• Manage data integrations and ensure data integrity across systems.
• Design and maintain dashboards, OfficeConnect reports, and HTML reports.
• Handle user access and provide training to finance and leadership teams.
• Stay current with releases and implement enhancements for performance.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Accounting, HR, and IT to meet evolving needs.
