Job summary

Cyberbacker Careers is seeking a motivated sales professional to handle high-volume outbound calls and book appointments with business owners. You will qualify leads, conduct discovery, and present tailored solutions in a consultative manner.

The role emphasizes meeting targets, working with English-speaking clients, and leveraging CRM tools. Training provided and work-from-home option available to fit a remote setup.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken and listening skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
• Grit to persevere through objections and rejection.
• Able to learn scripts quickly while adapting to client questions.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• At least 2 years in full-cycle sales or closing roles.
• Experience communicating with English-speaking clients (US/UK/Canada/Australia).
• Experience in high-ticket or B2B sales and using CRM tools.
• Familiarity with industry-related sales (Telco, loans, recruitment)

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Calling & Appointment Setting
• Make high-volume outbound calls daily to prospects using company-provided scripts and outreach sequences.
• Qualify leads, build rapport, and book appointments with business owner.
• Conduct high-quality Business Evaluation Meetings with pre-qualified leads to assess client needs, pain points, and goals to deliver compelling, consultative presentations aligned with company solutions and client objectives.

• You’re Goal-Oriented: You love hitting targets and are driven by seeing your name at the top of the leaderboard.
• At least 2 years of Full-Cycle Sales Experience:End-to-End Sales, Account Executive (AE), or Closing Role.
• Sales calling experience or any role involving communication with English-speaking clients (e.g., from the US, Canada, the UK, or Australia)
• High-Ticket or B2B Sales Focus: Inbound & Outbound Calls
• CRM and Sales Tool Proficiency
• Industry-Related Sales Experience: Telco, Financial Loans, Recruitment sales

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Must have a working PC/LAPTOP
• Core i3 and above (5th to 12th Gen) or AMD equivalent
• 8GB RAM and above
• WiFi connection with a minimum speed of 10mbps
• Working camera
• Noise Cancellation Headset (you may use regular earphones or a headset yet for the initial interview)
