Job summary

Lasso MD is seeking a WordPress & Webflow Developer / DevOps Specialist to keep our client website portfolio stable, accurate, and launch-ready across Webflow and WordPress. You will own website QA, urgent production edits, launch support, DNS/hosting coordination, monitoring, and troubleshooting to ensure new sites go live smoothly.

You’ll work with account teams to coordinate go-lives, set up monitoring for Core Web Vitals, and manage migrations, deployments, and post-launch tasks.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Webflow (CMS, custom code) and WordPress management.
• Solid DevOps: DNS, SSL, CDN, hosting environments, and deployment workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple urgent requests under deadline pressure.
• Clear written communication in English across dev, design, SEO, and account teams.
• Professional, patient communication with non-technical clients and external providers, plus secure handling of credentials (domains, hosting, accounts).

Responsibilities

• Own deployment workflows across Webflow and WordPress: staging/production management, publishing, rollbacks, and backups.
• Manage DNS, CDN (e.g. Fastly/Cloudflare), SSL, and domain configuration across the client portfolio.
• Set up and maintain monitoring for uptime, performance (Core Web Vitals), form delivery, and redirect integrity.
• Maintain WordPress hosting environments: plugin/core updates, security hardening, and performance tuning.
• Document infrastructure, access, and runbooks.
