Job summary

Crs is seeking a Senior Project Officer for Women Economic Empowerment in the Philippines. The role supports implementation and reporting for the Bangsamoro WEE project, coordinating stakeholders and delivering on project objectives to benefit vulnerable women.

You will help ensure adherence to donor requirements, promote best practices, and contribute to learning and impact assessments across activities, budgets, and partnership work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required in International Relations, Development Studies, Social Work, Peacebuilding or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in project support, ideally in community development, women and gender programming, and Peacebuilding.
• Additional education may substitute for some experience; additional experience may substitute for some education.
• Experience working with partners, participatory action planning and community engagement is preferred.
• Experience facilitating meetings and training activities is a plus.

• Craft detailed implementation plans and budgets to support project goals.
• Organize and lead implementation of project activities per plan and donor requirements.
• Coordinate learning, evaluation, and reflection across the project cycle.
