Qualifications

• Experience in payment processing, fund flow review, or risk control.
• Strong skills in Excel, reconciliation, and data analysis.
• Proficient in PowerPoint for case analyses and reports.

Responsibilities

• Review withdrawal documents and verify identity, rationale, and fund flow.
• Identify high-risk activities (money laundering, fraud, arbitrage) and perform EDD when needed.
• Independently assess cases and provide handling recommendations per risk procedures.
• Organize withdrawal review data, assist reconciliation, tracking, and issue analysis.
• Prepare case summaries or analyses and communicate with team/supervisors.
• Collaborate with front-end sales, customer service, and risk control teams for rapid processing of risk cases.
• Rotate shifts (morning/evening/night) to ensure 24/7 coverage.
