Job summary

Royu Industrial Corporation, a maker of building wires and cables, invites a Production Manager to lead the Wires manufacturing facility in Calumpit. You will drive end-to-end plant operations, optimize extrusion processes, manage inventory, and ensure safety and quality standards using SAP for planning and reporting.

The ideal candidate holds an engineering degree, 5+ years of managerial manufacturing experience, and a proven ability to develop teams and deliver consistent plant performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; Licensed Engineer preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in a managerial capacity within manufacturing.
• Strong background in extrusion processes is a plus.
• Hands-on SAP experience for production and inventory tracking.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing workflows to hit output targets and enforce safety protocols.
• Direct extrusion-focused production activities to improve yield and reduce waste.
• Coordinate inventory, WIP, and finished goods with warehouse operations.
• Monitor KPIs and production data to identify bottlenecks and drive improvements.
• Lead and develop production supervisors and shop-floor staff for high performance.
• Utilize SAP for production planning, resource allocation, inventory tracking, and reporting.
