Job summary

Manpower Outsourcing Services, Inc. in the Philippines seeks a Wireless Test Engineer with 3–5 years of PoC or technology evaluation experience to join our network testing initiative.

You will design and build testbeds, run detailed test plans for 4G/5G networks, coordinate with customers during PoC activities, collect and analyze data, and report findings. A Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering is required, with strong analytical skills and excellent written communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in wireless network engineering with PoC or technology evaluation.
• Strong understanding of 4G LTE / 5G NR architecture (RAN, core, transport) and 3GPP standards.
• Hands-on experience with base station configuration & management.
• Proficiency with wireless test tools.
• Experience with UE testing and lab test environments.
• Strong analytical skills to design test plans and interpret results.
• Excellent written communication for technical reports and presentations.

Responsibilities
