Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• TIPS certification; training provided.
• Previous serving experience in casual dining preferred.
• Knowledge of wines and beverages is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Set up dining area and server stations before each shift.
• Welcome guests, describe wines and beverages, and take orders.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and assist with section recommendations.
• Check IDs for alcohol and deliver orders to tables.
• Prepare cocktails; expedite food from kitchen to tables.
• Present checks, collect payments, and close out shifts.
• Restock stations and maintain cleanliness throughout shift.
• Allocate tips to staff per IOA guidelines.
• Attend mandatory training and maintain professional appearance.
