Job summary

Express Global-Tech Services Ltd. Incorporated in Cebu is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to design, deploy, and maintain our enterprise server environment (Windows/Linux) across data centers.

You will lead migrations, modernize infrastructure, and drive standardization across builds and operations. You will own 24/7 monitoring, incident response, patching, and lifecycle management, while collaborating with network, security, and application teams.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of experience in systems engineering or server infrastructure.
• Strong expertise in Windows Server and Linux administration.
• Hands-on with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure and AWS).
• Experience with Active Directory and identity management.
• Backup, DR, and monitoring tools.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise server infrastructure (Windows/Linux environment).
• Manage and administer Active Directory, Group Policy, and identity services.
• Lead server migrations, upgrades, and infrastructure modernization initiatives.
• Oversee virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, Citrix) and cloud environments (Azure and/or AWS).
• Experienced in 24/7 monitoring, alerting, and incident response for server environments.
• Administer and troubleshoot server hardware, storage (SAN/NAS), and datacenter systems.
• Administer and troubleshoot Windows Server issues including logs (Application, System, Security).
• Administer and troubleshoot server vulnerabilities; patching and lifecycle management.
• Maintain DNS, DHCP, and core infrastructure services.
• Implement server hardening, endpoint protection, and security best practices.
• Support compliance requirements (HIPAA, PCI, etc.) and audit readiness.
• Manage identity security (MFA, RBAC, conditional access).
• Respond to security incidents and perform root-cause analysis.
• Develop scripts and automation using PowerShell, Bash, or similar tools.
• Optimize system performance and reduce downtime; standardize builds and procedures.
• Lead technical projects including server deployments, upgrades, and cloud migrations.
• Act as escalation point (L3/SME) for complex infrastructure issues.
• Collaborate with network, security, and application teams on cross-functional initiatives.
• Provide documentation, runbooks, and operational best practices.

Job description

• This is NOT a work from home job. This is NOT a hybrid set up. You will be required to report to the office full time. Full Time Office based job in IT Park Cebu.


• Working hours - shifting schedule including holidays and weekends.

Core Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise server infrastructure (Windows/Linux environment)

Security & Compliance

• Implement server hardening, endpoint protection, and security best practices


• Support compliance requirements (HIPAA, PCI, etc.) and audit readiness
