Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services seeks an experienced Infrastructure Specialist to deliver technical support for enterprise IT services and ensure delivery against SLA. You will lead service delivery, optimize Active Directory, VMware, GPO, and Windows Server operations, coordinate resources, and collaborate with client teams to meet KPI and drive continuous improvement.

Data centre operations and strong documentation are essential.

Qualifications

Extensive hands‑on experience with AD and related tasks.
Experience with VMware environments and ESXi/vCenter.
Strong knowledge of GPO policies and AD DNS/DHCP.
Experience in vulnerability management and system monitoring/auditing.
Ability to deploy and operate scalable, highly available systems.
Experience across private/public cloud environments.
Windows Server 2008/2012 R2 AD administration.
Familiarity with WSUS and SCCM server administration.
Excellent documentation and presentation skills.
Data centre operations exposure.
Strong analytical problem solving and service orientation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Overall accountability for technical support for infrastructure services delivery.
Lead the service delivery technical team and ensure efficient execution of processes.
Identify customer needs and oversee service delivery within business context.
Ensure resources are utilized to meet SLA and KPI commitments.
