Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in Power Plant.
• Licensed engineer required.
• Wind turbine training (OEM certifications, HV switching, GWO) preferred.
• Experience leading troubleshooting activities with OEMs or contractors.
• Familiarity with SCADA systems, HV/MV substations, protection systems, and PLC-based controls.
• No fear of heights.

Responsibilities

• Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of WTGs, substations, and BOP equipment.
• Provide technical guidance in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
• Review and approve maintenance plans, checklists, and service procedures.
• Support condition monitoring and recommend predictive maintenance actions.
