Job summary

Energy Development Corporation is seeking an experienced Asset and O&M Manager to lead third-party wind farm operations in the Philippines. You will drive contract performance, cost control, and asset optimization while ensuring compliance with HSE, DOLE, and Grid regulations.

The role requires a strong technical background in wind turbine systems, HV substations, and grid connection, with 3–5 years in utility-scale O&M or asset management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy Engineering.
• Professional license or certifications (PMP, IAM, GWO) are highly desirable.
• 3–5 years of hands-on O&M or asset management for utility-scale wind projects.
• Experience managing complex O&M/OEM contracts and cost control.
• Strong knowledge of wind turbine tech, HV substations, and grid connections.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison overseeing third-party O&M to meet SLAs and regulatory requirements.
• Review and manage OEM repair scopes, variations, and monthly invoices.
• Audit real-time SCADA/CMS data to track asset health and downtime.
• Enforce HSE standards and DOLE/DOE/DENR regulatory compliance.
• Maintain AMP, analyze energy losses, and evaluate retrofits to maximize yield.
