Job summary

Energy Development Corporation in the Philippines seeks a Contract Administration & Asset Management professional to oversee third-party O&M contracts and ensure compliance with SLAs, safety, and regulatory standards.

You will review OEM scopes, manage cost control, monitor SCADA/CMS data for asset health, and drive continuous improvement of wind-energy assets while safeguarding ROI and compliance with DOLE, DOE, and DENR requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy Engineering; Professional Engineering license and certifications desirable.
• 3–5 years hands‑on experience in O&M or asset management for utility‑scale wind energy projects.
• Proven background managing complex O&M/OEM contracts (e.g., Full Scope Availability Agreements/LTSAs), budgeting, and cost control.
• Strong technical expertise in wind turbine technology, high‑voltage substations, protection systems, power transmission lines, and safety/regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical and commercial liaison overseeing third-party O&M contractors to ensure compliance with SLAs and targets.
• Review, challenge, and manage OEM repair scopes, major component replacements, variation orders, and monthly invoices to protect asset ROI.
• Audit real-time SCADA and CMS data to track asset health, resolve root causes of unplanned downtime, and direct emergency response actions.
• Enforce strict HSE standards, DOLE regulations, Grid Code requirements, and ROW clearance.
• Maintain long-term Asset Management Plans (AMP), analyze energy losses, manage spare parts inventory, and evaluate retrofit opportunities.
