Qualifikationen

• Bachelor degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration and/or equivalent.
• 4-5 years of work experience.
• Experience in automotive sales planning, distribution and dealer network operations.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of problem solving and effective communication.
• Knowledge of automotive sales channels, inventory control (FIFO), and ERP/order management systems like QAD, VISTA, GOaLS or equivalent.

Aufgaben

• Monitor daily stock, vehicle arrivals and PDI output focusing on new arrivals.
• Manage and update Wholesale (WS) line-up and related data files.
• Track stockyard capacity and utilization weekly and monthly.
• Monitor PDI items such as mats, warranty booklets, COCs and other materials.
• Coordinate with IT on QAD, VISTA and GOaLS issues.
• Conduct monthly reconciliation of wholesale plans vs dealer orders.
• Allocate additional vehicles per agreed methods with Sales and SP&D.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to update GDBP data monthly.
• Manage vehicle ordering by placing FGP orders or allocating units.
• Verify orders are processed and reflected in VISTA.
• Consolidate monthly Dealer/Company/Wholesale reports.
• Monitor daily arrivals of all vehicle units, including special units.
• Process CSR payments weekly.
• Support internal and external audits.
