Job summary

Revaya is seeking a detail-oriented Wholesale Sales Assistant to support our U.S. wholesale business.

You will coordinate wholesale order documentation, enter ERP transactions, and prepare timely reports for management. You will verify purchase orders, create sales orders and purchase orders in ERP, maintain data integrity, and provide customer support across teams to ensure accurate orders and on-time shipments.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in sales support, order management, or related role.
• Strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables and lookups.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Prepare wholesale order documentation and ERP transactions.
• Verify POs and create Sales Orders (SO) and Purchase Orders (PO) in ERP.
• Maintain accurate customer and order data across systems and dashboards.
• Produce recurring and ad hoc sales reports for management.
• Respond to wholesale inquiries and provide timely updates on orders.
