Job summary

D2B in Manila is seeking an Operations Coordinator to manage multi-region FMCG logistics, reporting into the Head of Operations and collaborating with customer service and commercial teams. This role requires hands-on coordination to keep complex operations running smoothly.

You will own end-to-end order workflows, stock management across SKUs and markets, and coordination with warehouses and 3PL partners. Strong Excel and data skills help ensure accuracy and timely fulfillment while supporting

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in operations, supply chain, or logistics coordination in FMCG/retail/eCommerce.
• Proven ability to manage B2B/wholesale order workflows end-to-end.
• Experience managing inventory across multiple SKUs/markets and resolving stock risks.
• Experience coordinating with third-party warehouses/3PL partners.
• Advanced Excel skills for inventory tracking, reporting and reconciliation (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs/XLOOKUPs).

Responsibilities

• Check stock availability against incoming B2B and wholesale orders and flag gaps.
• Own the end-to-end order confirmation workflow from sales entry to on-time delivery.
• Process and issue invoices against purchase orders; meet month-end deadlines.
• Help set up logistics and systems for new wholesale partners.
• Keep Operations Handbook current and support ad hoc projects and tasks.
• Coordinate product setup with warehouses and manage dispatches for influencers and samples.
