Job summary

Awesome CX by Transcom is seeking a Wholesale Operations Coordinator to own the order-to-fulfillment cycle for wholesale customers, ensuring PO intake, processing, and on-time delivery while maintaining data integrity across platforms. You will coordinate with 3PLs and distributors, manage marketplace listings and deductions, and deliver regular reports.

Strong communication and process discipline are essential, with availability to work a US PST schedule.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end order-to-fulfillment cycle for wholesale customers, including PO intake and processing.

• Serve as operational contact for wholesale partners, triaging requests and routing escalations.
• Own data integrity across core wholesale trackers (logistics, revenue, pricing) and deliver recurring reports on a fixed cadence.
• Coordinate with 3PL/warehouse partners to surface issues and track resolution to keep timelines.
• Coordinate outbound sample logistics and support trade show execution as part of the ops calendar.

Awesome CX by Transcom is looking for talented individuals like you to join our awesome team! Be a Wholesale Operations Coordinator for our Awesome CX by Transcom Davaosite. This role will focus on order accuracy, OTIF performance, and clean data across our wholesale order-to-fulfillment cycle. Will work directly with the Senior Manager of Operations to keep purchase orders, partner accounts, platform operations, and 3PL coordination running on schedule and within tolerance. Full task-level training and SOPs are provided during onboarding — this posting reflects the operational scope of the role at a high level.

Wholesale Operations Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

Wholesale Order Management

Own the order-to-fulfillment cycle for wholesale customers end to end — PO intake, processing,

exception handling on delays or short-shipments, and confirmation of shipment and fulfillment

details. Directly accountable for order accuracy and OTIF performance on every account you touch.

Wholesale Platform Operations

Run De Soi's operational presence across wholesale marketplaces and distributor portals — listings, fulfillment monitoring, deduction disputes, and compliance/RFP submissions — with an eye toward SLA adherence and clean audit trails.

Partner & Customer Communication

Serve as the operational point of contact for wholesale partners and retailers, triaging inbound

requests, routing escalations to the right owner, and closing the loop so nothing sits unresolved.

Reporting & Tracking

Own data integrity across core wholesale trackers (logistics, revenue, pricing) and deliver recurring

reports on a fixed cadence — accuracy and timeliness are non-negotiable here.

Logistics & 3PL Coordination

Act as the operational liaison between De Soi and its 3PL/warehouse partners — surfacing issues,

submitting tickets, and tracking resolution to keep order accuracy and fulfillment timelines intact.

Samples & Trade Show Support

Coordinate outbound sample logistics and support trade show execution as an extension of the

broader ops calendar.

What we are looking for:

To be successful in this role you must…

• Prior experience in wholesale operations, order management, or CPG/consumer goods supply chain support
• Strong grasp of order-to-cash and inbound/outbound logistics fundamentals
• Process-oriented mindset — flags exceptions before they elevate, documents as you go
• Comfortable working full-time on a US (PST) schedule in a fast-paced ops environment
• Strong written communication for partner-facing and cross-functional correspondence
• Highly organized, deadline-driven, comfortable owning daily/weekly/monthly operational cadences
• Experience with ERP, EDI, or wholesale/e-commerce platform tools a plus
