Job summary

Awesome CX by Transcom in Davao City is seeking a Corporate Recruitment Specialist to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and placement. You will partner with Hiring Managers to understand needs, build candidate pipelines, and deliver timely updates in a dynamic BPO environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
• Proven end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably in a BPO environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using various recruitment platforms.
• Highly organized, analytical, detail-oriented, results-driven, and trustworthy.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from candidate sourcing and screening through interviews, evaluation, selection, and follow-up.
• Review and understand job requirements and assess applicants against the required qualifications and competencies.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Prepare recruitment reports, conduct candidate follow-ups, and research new technologies and industry trends to support effective recruitment strategies.
