Job summary

Awesome CX by Transcom is seeking an Outbound Sales Representative (B2B) in Davao to drive vendor onboarding and book meetings with our onboarding specialists. You will prospect, cold call and email vendors, and work to build lasting relationships with chefs, caterers and restaurants in the local culinary scene.

Success means driving activity, meeting targets, and collaborating with a high-energy team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound sales, preferably B2B.
• Proven outbound calling, cold calling and lead generation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with varied contacts.

Responsibilities

• Manage full onboarding cycle from prospecting to discovery calls.
• Research and engage vendors daily via cold calls and emails.
• Identify high-quality vendors to join the program.
• Schedule vendor meetings with onboarding specialists.
• Build strong vendor relationships based on trust and accountability.
• Make daily cold calls and aim for 3–4 booked meetings per week.

Outbound Sales Representative (B2B) with Signing Bonus

Awesome CX by Transcom is looking for talented individuals like you to join our awesome team! Be a Outbound Sales Representative (B2B) for our Awesome CX by Transcom Davao site. This role you'll scour the culinary landscape to find the best local chefs, caterers, food trucks, and restaurants to join the program and will then lead them to a booked meeting with our vendor onboarding specialists.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full onboarding cycle from prospecting to discovery calling
• Research and engage vendors daily using cold call and email techniques
• Scour your respective markets for high-quality vendors that add value to our vendor base
• Schedule vendor meetings with the Vendor Onboarding Specialist Team
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships based on trust and accountability
• Make a cold call dials a day and book 3-4 booked meetings per week

What we are looking for:

To be successful in this role, you must have...

• Years of Outbound Sales Representative, preferably B2B
• Has experience in outbound calling, cold calling and lead generation
• Ability to develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with all types of contact points, from executive chefs to catering managers
• A sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
• Exhibit leadership skills, collaborating effectively to generate measurable results
• Strong communication and mediation/conflict management skills
• Persuasive & savvy enough to know how to turn a “No” into a “Yes”
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently and as a team
• Knowledge of local food & culinary scene
• Strong technological skills
