The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring customer accounts, ensuring timely collection of payments, maintaining positive customer relationships, and supporting the branch in achieving its collection targets.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any Business-related course, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent
• With experience in collections, customer service, or related field is an advantage
