Job summary

Symbos is seeking a detail-focused WFM Scheduler to join our 24/7 emergency roadside assistance program. You will build and maintain schedules, rosters and training plans, monitor attendance and certification readiness, and coordinate intraday changes using reliable workforce data.

You will collaborate with Operations, Training, Quality and People & Culture to ensure coverage, readiness and timely decisions. A Bachelor's degree and 1–3+ years in workforce management or similar role are preferred.

Qualifications

• Indicative 1-3+ years of experience in WFM, scheduling or contact centre operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain and update schedules, rosters and staffing plans for training and production.
• Maintain attendance, certification trackers and adherence thresholds.
• Monitor schedule adherence and coordinate intraday adjustments.
• Generate workforce reports covering attendance, readiness and coverage.
• Communicate coverage risks and roster changes to stakeholders.
