Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in managing workforce operations with client interaction.
• 5+ years of Workforce Management experience including management roles.
• Strong command of English language, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Track, forecast, analyze call volume and headcount requirements.
• Report daily program metrics on assigned projects.
• Make recommendations to improve productivity balancing service and costs.
