Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in Metro Manila seeks an experienced Workforce Management Leader to develop staffing strategies, forecast demand, and optimize real-time scheduling across multi-site operations. You will collaborate with Operations, People & Culture, and Learning & Development to align plans with business goals.

Responsibilities include building capacity plans, analyzing workload trends, maintaining dashboards, and guiding automation and process improvements while managing rotating onsite

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Workforce Management within a BPO or similar environment.
• Strong experience in forecasting, scheduling, capacity planning and real-time workforce management.
• Knowledge of workforce planning principles, forecasting methodologies, scheduling strategies, and analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with WFM platforms and reporting tools such as Power BI, Verint, NICE IEX, Aspect, Genesys WFM.
• Experience supporting large-scale operations (200+ employees or multi-site).
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work onsite with rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Develop short-, medium-, and long-term workforce forecasts based on demand and growth.
• Analyze workload, staffing trends, and metrics to improve forecasting accuracy.
• Create and maintain capacity plans to ensure staffing readiness.
• Determine staffing requirements and recommended hiring plans.
• Partner with recruitment to meet workforce needs through timely hiring.
• Develop and manage workforce schedules for optimal coverage and efficiency.
• Prepare weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly schedules based on plans.
• Manage shift assignments, leave, and roster rotations while ensuring compliance.
• Coordinate schedule adjustments with operational leaders.
• Monitor schedule effectiveness and optimize workforce utilization.
• Maintain workforce dashboards, attendance records, and reports.
• Provide analytics and insights for management decision-making.
• Identify risks and areas for operational improvement.
