BruntWork is seeking an experienced US Accountant (NetSuite) to manage general ledger, reconciliations, and month-end closings for a US-based client in strict adherence to US GAAP. This role also oversees tax preparation and financial reporting across multiple small business clients.

Utilizing NetSuite for operations and reporting, you will support budgeting, forecasting, and process improvements while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Accounting
• 2 years of experience in US accounting
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and accounting principles
• Proficiency in financial reporting and reconciliations
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred

Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced US Accountant (NetSuite) to handle their financial processes in compliance with US standards. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in US GAAP and NetSuite to manage general ledger accounting, perform reconciliations, handle month‑end closings, and oversee tax preparation. This opportunity provides a stable engagement with a US-based company committed to continuous professional growth and team collaboration.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records in accordance with US GAAP.
• Perform general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and month‑end closing activities for for multiple small business clients

• Strong communication skills for collaboration across teams.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
